We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to take a step up in your career and join an amazing small animal practice near Bordon, as Head Nurse.

This role is full-time, typically working a 40-hour week, with just 1:5 Saturday mornings (9 am -12 pm). Work-life balance is essential and they would be happy to discuss the options available to find the perfect fit for you, whether you prefer a 4-day week or 5 shorter days. There are also no OOH requirements.

The experienced clinical team of 3 vets and 3 RVNs has a range of interests, and are always encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge.

The practice was purpose-designed to provide a comfortable workspace, with a/c and fresh air ventilation, internal windows to maximise natural light (no prep room dungeon!), and a layout that optimises workflow from consultation rooms and wards to prep and theatre. They also have great kit, including ultrasound, multi-parameter monitoring, and a brand-new dental x-ray. We're committed to continuous improvement and have seen a real increase in exotics and surgical caseload. 

You will receive:

A fantastic salary of £34,000 - £37,000 per annum
