Our client - a small animal practice - are recruiting a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their talented team.

This is an exciting opportunity suited to a motivated and experienced vet. You will be leading a friendly team of two other veterinary surgeons, RVNs, student nurses and receptionists.

Our client's newly refurbished practice facilities include digital x-ray, lab equipment, prep area and equipped theatre. You will be exposed to a varied and interesting case load in this clinic.

This role is full time, working a 4-day week with  and 1 in 6 weekends, giving you great work/life balance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years UK small animal practice experience and confident working sole charge occasionally. You must have a client-orientated approach and excellent communication skills, work to a high standard both medically and surgically and have drive and ambition to help develop this practice further.
