Our client - a small animal practice - are recruiting a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their vibrant team. 

This position is for full-time candidates offering a 4 day working week with consistent days off and 1:3 Saturday shift. 

The practice itself hosts a busy caseload from a very loyal client base, established over the last 20 years with a high surgical demand. There are two stunning consult rooms, a theatre, dental and digital x-ray, ultrasound, a K-laser and a pharmacy, which are all supported by an established Nursing and Reception team.

Our client offers an excellent package including Private Medical Insurance, Quarterly Lead Vet Contribution Scheme with the potential to earn up to 20% on top of your salary, 33 days’ annual leave (including Bank Holidays) rising to 38 with length of service, Clinical CPD: £1,500 per year plus 3 days’ paid leave, VDS, RCVS and BVA fees paid and plenty more.
