Our client - an ambitious practice - are recruiting for a new Consult-only Veterinary Surgeon to join their team of 6 Vets, 10 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 Student Veterinary Nurses and 10 Support Staff.

The hospital has dedicated dog, cat and exotics wards, two theatre, on-site laboratory, digital x ray suite, bucky table/grid, dedicated dental theatre, dental radiography, Mylab ultrasound with abdominal and cardiac probe, laparoscopic equipment, endoscope, bronchoscope, a range of orthopaedic kit, electrocautery and cryotherapy just to name a few.

A Typical full-time role would involve working 40 hours per week over 4 days with a rotating day off (can be a fixed day off if preferred!). Shift times vary - 7.30- 4.30, 8-5, 6-6.30 and 9-7.30. Saturday mornings at 7.30/8.30- 12.00. If on the rotating day off, you will get a 4-day weekend every 4 weeks! There’s no out of hours or on call required. You’ll get a 30-minute paid lunch as well.

Excellent package including competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum, RCVS and VDS fees paid, funded and encouraged CPD etc.
