We are looking for a dedicated Head Nurse to join this excellent team.
The position is based over 40 hours with 1:6 full weekends but flexible working patterns can be discussed to suit as they are dedicated to ensuring a healthy work/life balance.
Responsibilities include:
- Clinical Coaching
- Leadership
- Nurse Consults
- Training and mentoring
The practice is a bright and modern facility offering excellent services to the community.
You will be joining a well-established practice. The team want you to come in and hit the ground running whilst promoting new ideas. You will work closely with the lead vet ensuring the best services are provided for the clients.
The practice offers a varied caseload enhancing development and continued interest. With CPD and certificates fully encouraged and supported - this is an excellent opportunity.
