We are looking for a full-time Vet to join this well-established but small team in Essex.

Ideally the practice are looking for a full time vacancy to be filled that is based on a 4 day week with 1:2 Saturday Mornings for consults only (9-12) with the scope to reduce once the team expands. No OOHs.

For continuity in your life and ensuring a healthy work/life balance you have an alternating Wednesday's and Friday's off so you are able to plan in advance.

You will be supported by an amazing and dedicated nursing team enabling your day to run smoothly.

The practice encourage clinical freedom and are very open to new ideas in order to consistently improve patient and client services/care. The practice has modern facilities within a spacious practice.

The team aim to keep to 15 minute appointment slots but do allow for longer if needed - there is no pressure. You will maintain a very manageable ops list as well allowing for admin time throughout the day when required.

Alongside a comprehensive benefits package, you will receive a salary starting from £45,000 dependent on experience.
