We are looking for someone to become a Clinical Lead with potential to quickly progress to Clinical Director for the right candidate.

The rota encourages a healthy life-work balance with time off after nights and weekends on call and the current rota is 2:8, so 1 in 4 nights and weekends with 2 vets on call for farm only.

The team a consists of 8 vets who are proactive and keen to progress. Some of the vets carry out solely farm work, others purely equine with a range in between and are therefore able to offer 
flexibility on work, but can be 100% farm role.

There is an opportunity to further develop the dairy side of the practice and many other aspects of the business as we continue to grow and keep up to date with technology and life. The role can be tailored to suit the individual.
