Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a large veterinary group in Bridgend!

This is a full time position, spread over 4 weekdays and 1:4 Saturday rota. No OOH duties, and overtime is paid back either in TOIL or monetarily.

General first opinion work (and if the candidate wants), this role can provide some managerial experience for those wanting to expand their skill set.

Salary up to £65,000 (subject to experience) + benefits

The practice offer a broad and interesting range of first opinion work, with the candidate being given ample support in the form of 2 roving Clinical Directors who can be on hand to teach or guide as necessary. They have digital radiography, in house Idexx laboratory, ultrasound, tonopen, and separate dog and cat wards. The practice has just had renovation to the reception, prep and theatre and is surprisingly large.

We are looking for a friendly and open character would fit well with the clients and the wider team. Someone willing to have fun in the workplace, whilst getting the job done. This role could support someone who is interested in leadership / management, however this is not mandatory.
