Our excellent client in the Norfolk region situated near Kings Lynn is seeking 2 dedicated SA Vets to join this close-knit team at this 100% independent practice. 

This is 1st opinion practice with surgical referrals in soft tissue and orthopaedics so in relation to cases you will be highly exposed to further develop your career. 

The practice is a fully green powered hospital ranking best Vets in Norfolk.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years post grad experience, but this is not essential. You will be a Small Animal all rounder who is confident in theatre and with consults.

You will have clinical freedom with open engagement and support in ideas.

This is a seriously supportive practice who will always be on hand to help. They have uncapped CPD and will fully support and pay for certificate studies.

Your role will include a mix of theatre, wards and consults so you must have a keen interest in all to be successful.

You will be a key member of this large team split between the main hospital and smaller site which both have high spec equipment such as:

• CT scanner

• Full monitoring equipment

• Ventilators 

• Full set of scopes 

• IDEXX labs 

• And lots more 

You will be on a split rota between the sites to maintain healthy relationships which they all fully support.

You will work and mix of early and lates and take part in the night rota. This will be 4 day week with shift patterns of:

• 6:45 – 15:45

• 8:30 – 17:30 

• 10:45 – 18:45 

1:5 weekends with the Thursday and Friday off before with the Monday and Tuesday off after.

1:11 nights on a 7 on 7 off basis. With a dedicated RVN and further layers of support if needed.

Salaries:

Highly completive.

Starting from around £33,000 increasing with years experience.
