We have a rare opportunity for an RVN to join this team as a Head Nurse!

You will be joining an incredibly experienced team of vets, nurses, VCA and admin team to support. The current team hold certificates in Medicine and are keen to speak with individuals also with particular interests wanting to take their career to the next step.

The hours can be flexible to suit. They need someone on a full-time basis but can work around personal needs if required (4 or 5 day working week). The practice is building their name on client and employee satisfaction. In order for you to love where you work and work to the highest standards possible, the team want to accommodate the hours you are after.

The split is 80:20 clinical/non-clinical to give you an idea of what the role will entail each week.

The practice will be open between 8:30-7 and will work around your needs with no OOHs and weekends on a rota basis which is roughly 1:6-1:8.

This is a practice like no other. A genuine stunning clinic. You will be joining a site with the most advanced facilities yet enabling you to offer the best possible services to clients/patients. Not just that, but you will be able to improve your skillset and further study towards post qualification certificates in any area you wish!

The facilities/layout consist of but aren’t limited to 4 consult rooms, open plan clinics, separate dog and cat areas, dedicated X-Ray and Dental X-Ray room, ultrasound machines, separate office spaces, digital whiteboards and plenty more!

The team are offering a salary of up to £38,500 (DOE) with ample opportunities for progression. There will be a generous CPD allowance, holiday entitlement, whole team profit share and much more!
