We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the fantastic team near Blackburn.

A typical full time role would involve working 40 hours per week. hours of work will be from 9:00am to 7:00pm, four days a week. You will have a rolling place in a Saturday rota (8:00am-5:00pm) alongside 4 other colleagues and gain a lieu day the following week for Saturday work. There are no out of hours with this role, ensuring a great work/life balance.

The role will involve undertaking a share of consultations and surgery, although the balance of these can happily be discussed with our Clinical Director to suit your ideal role. An area of interest would be encouraged, and funding for certificates is available. There is plenty of scope for somebody with a special interest to receive internal referrals to build their case log and work towards further qualifications.

You will have a supportive and highly experienced Vet team including prior experience of orthopaedics, exotics, ECC work, and soft tissue surgery, with over 80 years of experience shared between the 4 most senior vets. They also have two excellent newer graduated vets who have benefited from the heaps of progression and training opportunities on offer.

A fantastic salary of up to £65,000 per annum is on offer for this role.
