An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a 24-Hour Hospital in South London.

This permanent role works 7 on and 14 off, over 28 hours. Shift pattern from 20:00-08:00.

The successful RVN will be eager to continue their nursing career within an Emergency and Critical Care role. They can also offer support in funding should you wish to pursue your Emergency and Critical Care certificate.

The practice is excellently equipped with Siemens CT, new Esoate ultrasound, DR digital x-ray, Storz laparoscopic equipment with rigid endoscopy, dental x-ray, full in-house lab, separate dog and cat wards, isolation and two operating theatres.

The hospital has a mixed caseload seeing first opinion cases and internal patient transfers from the surrounding clinics. As a 24hr hospital, they have a separate night team meaning that this role does not include OOH work as standard. On call is minimal and fair share between nurses in the region.

The day team consists of a Practice Manager from an RVN background, 3-4 Vets per day, and a support team of RVN, SVN, PCA and dedicated Receptionists.
