We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team at the fantastic surgery in the Colchester area.

This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours a week over 5 days. You will also be part of a weekend rota, covering 1:4 weekends. The practice can also offer this role for 4 day week at 10 hours per day or a 5 day week at 8 hours a day with 30 mins lunch. You will also get 5 weeks paid annual leave.

The role will involve all aspects of nursing, the position provides you with the opportunity to develop nursing clinics and use your initiative to promote new ideas. Ongoing training is also provided as relevant to your role. It is a friendly, supportive environment within a rewarding role.

It consists of a wide caseload, consisting of managing the performance of the practice on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all team members provide quality and ethical care to all clients and their pets/livestock, carrying out regular performance reviews and update training requirements where necessary and much more.
