Our client - an ambitious practice - are recruiting a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their team of 19, made up of 4 vets, 3 RVN’s, 2 SVN’s, 4 VCA’s, 4 receptionists and a practice manager and assistant practice manager.

The role has a varied caseload where you will be working alongside an ambitious team having the opportunity to use your veterinary skills to their full potential. Our client offers longer than average sick animal consultation slots to enable comprehensive work-up without excessive time pressure. Each vet has a day allocated to surgery so they can follow through cases. 

The role can be full-time or part-time. The vet team work varying patterns contributing to a 7-day schedule and this schedule can be agreed on to be mutually advantageous for both parties. As the practice is open 7 days’ a week, they would like someone who can contribute to a weekend schedule, however this can be discussed at interview. 

The position comes with an excellent package with an up to £63,000 salary including dedicated and CPD allowance and support, contributory pension scheme, Paid memberships (RCVS, BVNA etc) and plenty more.
