We have an exciting opportunity for a New Grad Veterinary Surgeon to get their career kick started and join the lovely independent small animal practice near Bournemouth.

Ideally, the position would be 36 hours over 4 days between 9-6.00, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9-12.00), but is flexible to applicant preferences. No OOH, ensuring a great work/life balance.

There will be a good mix of consults and surgery, with mentoring by the lead Vet both in and out of theatre. The role will be supported allowing you to develop within small animal practice. Communication and a team mentality are key strengths for this position.

This well equipped clinic has an extensive range of equipment and laboratory. They are Silver medal Cat friendly and a Chicken Vet practice.

They are a VN training practice and have a super team of RVN’s, and admin staff. The team are all proactive and driven, always looking to provide better care for patients and clients. They hold regular Vets meetings where all ideas and opinions are listened to and encouraged.
