We have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic Vet Surgeon to join this highly-regarded practice in Hertfordshire!

This can be a full or part time position but the ideal candidate will be able to cover 40 hours per week over a 4-day week working week. There are no OOHs/On-call required with this position but there is a weekend rota of 1:2 Saturday mornings only (9-12).

You will be joining a modern, stand-alone practice that is Silver Accredited Cat Friendly and offers high spec equipment/facilities which include; Static and dental digital x-rays, class 4 therapeutic laser, doppler ultrasound and an on site – laboratory. So there is plenty of opportunities to develop personally as well as offering the patients/clients the best possible services.

The team are seeking a Vet who has ideally a minimum of two years experience as there will be a level of sole charge required from time to time. Full training and support will be provided in order to learn the ways of this particular practice.

You will be joining a current 2 Vet team with a dedicated nursing team and support team to accommodate.

The practice is based just outside of Watford with excellent transport links and free parking on-site!

On offer for your had work and dedication there is an salary on offer of £55,000 to £67,000 P/A. Alongside this you will receive a healthy benefits package including but not limited to; CPD up to £1500 per annum – 3 days, 30 days holiday including bank holidays (5.5 weeks holiday a year), BVA, BSAVA, VDS, RCVS membership fees covered.
