A new and exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a forward-thinking independent practice!

We're seeking a confident and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a close knit and supportive team. The team consists of 2 Vets, 2 RVN's, VCA's, friendly receptionists and a professional, approachable Practice Manager.

The practice is based in a bustling market town located just north of the Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire. Easy transport links into London, Oxfordshire and West Midlands. Luton airport is only 40 minutes away via car. The surgery is in a good location with ample free parking and is also well equipped (including separate cat and dog wards).

Being independent, they have strived to gain a better work/life balance. As such, they have a well managed diary ensuring a manageable workload and they run 20 minute consults.

The practice closes at 6pm on weekdays, and weekends are Saturday only (closing at 2pm on a 1:3 rota)

There are no OOHs or bank holidays.

Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending upon experience.

RCVS, BVA & VDS membership are all covered and CPD is encouraged and funded.
