We are seeking an experienced RVN to join this team and support the vets and nursing colleagues including another fantastic RVN in North West London.

Training and career progression is important here, so they are looking for someone happy to be a clinical coach to support junior team members in their development whilst being able to develop your own skillset at the same time. Full training will be provided if you have no prior coaching experience.

The role is full time for 40 hours a week with a Saturday rotation; no nights or on call. If you thrive on providing support to vets, clients and your team, love your time both in theatre and also providing great pet care advice and you believe that life is better with pets then our company culture will be ideal for you.

Salary for this role is £33,000 to £36,000 depending on experience. alongside paid CPD- with 2 full or 3 part days CPD allowance. The see CPD as an investment in the individual as well as for the practice, and they can support study for nursing certificate qualifications.
