We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a welcoming team here at a expanding Veterinary Hospital in Skipton.

You will be involved in all aspects of veterinary nursing including anaesthetics, nurse clinics, post op care and in-patient care. The shift patterns vary, and you will rotate between theatre, recovery, hospital, and nurse clinics. You will be required to work on average 36 hours per week across 4 days. The shift times are between 7.30am and 8.30pm with full weekends 1 in 6 and part weekend Saturday (4.5 hours) 1 in 6. The salary for this role is up to £29,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits and supportive working environment with plenty of career development opportunities.

They have an in-house laboratory, ECG, digital x-ray, rigid and flexible endoscopy, ultrasound with colour flow Doppler, 24-hour on-site nursing care, CPD and further qualifications encouraged.

You will be joining a team consisting of 7 vets, 10 RVN’s, 1 SVN, 2 Auxiliary Nurses plus supportive administration team. The team are very friendly and extremely supportive and always give new staff a warm welcome.
